How are eBooks delivered?

Our eBooks are delivered via the execellent BookFunnel team. On ordering tyou will receive an email with a special download link. Simply click the link, and you'll be guided through a step-by-step process to download your eBook to your preferred reading device or app.

This is a convenient, cloud-based bookshelf where all your purchased and gifted eBooks delivered via BookFunnel are neatly stored. You can access your library anytime by visiting BookFunnel.com/library and logging in with your email address.

Once logged in, you can download your books as many times as you like, to any device you prefer. Whether you're reading on your Kindle, tablet, smartphone, or computer, your books are always just a click away. Please note that refunds do not apply to digital goods such as ebooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads—so choose carefully!

Refunds are available only if you purchase a duplicate item within 48 hours of your first order; in that case, the duplicate item will be refunded.

For physical goods, we cannot offer a refund simply for a change of mind. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us within seven days of receiving it (as per the tracking information) to arrange a return.

For any refund queries, email us at feedback@codingpress.com.au within seven days of receipt. Please use the subject “returns” and include your name, order number, the reason for your return, and photographs of the faulty item. If the item is faulty, we’ll either refund you or resend your goods—it's entirely your choice. We want you to be happy!

We happily ship to customers in EU countries. For all orders shipped within the EU with a total value under €150 (excluding taxes and delivery), taxes and duties are collected at checkout. This means the price you see in your cart is the final price, with no extra fees or charges upon delivery. Absolutely—we’re always open to submissions. If you’re an expert in a programming language and have a unique idea for a book, please send us a detailed proposal outlining your concept. Maybe you have the ability to write a title for one of our existing series.
